These Terms govern your use of the Pawsitive Walkers Fresh Meals website and your requests for meal planning, ordering, pickup, or delivery.

Meal recommendations

Information and portion guidance are based on the details you provide and are for general meal-planning purposes. They are not veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your veterinarian before changing a dog’s diet, especially for puppies, pregnant dogs, seniors, dogs with allergies, or dogs with medical conditions.

Customer information

You agree to provide accurate, current information about your dog’s weight, age, health, allergies, medications, current diet, and feeding goals. Tell us promptly if that information changes.

Orders, pricing, and availability

Orders are subject to confirmation, ingredient availability, delivery area, and scheduling. Quotes and customized pricing are not final until confirmed directly by Pawsitive Walkers Fresh Meals. Extra delivery is $25 within 20 miles; longer distances require a quote.

Storage and handling

Keep meals frozen until ready to thaw. Thaw in the refrigerator, follow the label instructions, use clean feeding utensils, and discard food that has been left at unsafe temperatures or appears spoiled.
